While most of my services are available only or primarily in person, the services listed below are available from a distance. Depending what you need, we can talk once or on a regular basis.
Coaching
You and/or your group are facing a situation or going through a transition, and you’d like to talk with someone along the way for companionship, perspective, resources, and/or creative ideas.
Organizational Consulting
Hearing where your group is at (especially what you are presently wrestling with), and sharing recommendations, ideas or relevant experiences in response.
Intentional Community start-up guidance
Assistance with initial steps such as how to get from idea to reality, legal and ownership options, how to finance it, and lots more.
Process Team support
Teams holding responsibility for facilitation, conflict resolution, retreat design, or other process-related areas often benefit from extra support when facing something new or after turnover in personnel.
Session Design
If you have an important meeting, retreat, or conference coming up, take advantage of expert design and planning from a distance to help make it fabulous and fulfill its purpose, and then lead the event yourself.
Survey & Report
Find out how folks in your group see things, while fully protecting their identities so they can speak freely. I can create or run a survey, then write a report summarizing the results.
Document Review
Bored by bylaws? Peevish about policies? You can have draft documents reviewed by someone who cares about this stuff, writes clearly, and has years of experience considering (and living with the consequences of) organizational rulesets. Aside from being a facilitator, i was formerly a professional proofreader, copyeditor, and book indexer.
