Trainings & Workshops
Every training is customized after listening to your situation and what you need. Workshop sessions are highly interactive—typically with no slides, minimal lectures, and plenty of exercises and activities to try things out, plus Q&A time.

Group Facilitation
All my facilitation work is offered in service to your group’s goals and needs. My sessions are typically described by others using words like “lively,” “energizing,” and “engaging”—lots better than a typical meeting!
Consulting, Coaching & Remote Support
While most of my services are available only or primarily in person, these services are available at a distance. Depending on what you need, we can talk once or on a regular basis.
Supporting you and your group through:
(1) Listening: All my work starts by asking open-ended questions about your experience, and listening with care to your response. I want to know what your group specifically needs at this time, rather than imposing a cookie-cutter formula. When you speak aloud in a supportive space to someone who’s doing their best to listen, that in and of itself can be very helpful.
(2) Purpose-centered design: Whether for one session or the whole of your undertaking, what is your purpose and how does it want to be expressed? Clarity of purpose is the genesis of good design, whether for meetings, conferences, retreats, or whole organizations and networks.
(3) Nourishing organizational culture: How can your operation best serve its mission, needs and aspirations? I help tune systems and practices to move toward purpose, wholeness, transparency, and empowerment.
(4) Deepening skills & capacity: I aim to conduct my work in a way that, in addition to solving a current problem, makes use of challenges and opportunities to improve your collective ability into the future.
My work is based on the following assumptions:

- Balance between structure & flexibility is key—design with knowledge and care, yet remain flexible and open to emergent change.
- Good process leads to excellent concrete results, while also building healthy communities.
- Your life energy is too precious to settle for lousy meetings!
