Participatory workshop by
Kavana Tree Bressen
If you’re wishing you had more tools for improving how your group works together, you’re not alone. Whether in meetings or out in the field, many folks struggle to work together cooperatively. People disagree, conflicts come up, someone doesn’t follow through on a commitment, and so on—the question is, when these natural dynamics arise, what happens next? Come share stories and dilemmas, and gather ideas and resources to make things better.
Components in this session include:
- How to set up groups for success from the start (or from wherever you are now)
- Principles that work well over time
- Structures for offering feedback and addressing accountability
- Holding space for group polarization
- Storytelling for mutual support
Registration
Advance registration requested. $40-75 sliding scale (if cost is a barrier please get in contact). Also seeking one person to assist with setup, greeting & cleanup in exchange for attendance—if that’s you let me know.
